Exercise 4 times a week. Those who don’t make time for exercise must eventually make time for illness.

I couldn’t deny the truth in this statement, so I just did it. It was hard initially but got easier and easier over time once I got results. Now I love exercising because it makes me feel confident, attractive, and strong. 

Chapter 16 - Learn to be silent

Take the time to be silent and reflect

Every morning before I check any messages I spend an hour with myself, meditating, digesting affirmations and reciting gratitude. It has brought a lot of peace to my day because I clear any negative energy before I engage with others. It has also made me more alert to interact with people in the morning because I had already had time with myself.
