If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door.

-Milton Berle

There have been many occasions in my life where I have had to build a door in order to access the things I want or need. For example, when I was trying to make friends, get a job, or do better in school, I realized that these opportunities weren't just going to come knocking on my door. I had to take action and build a door for myself in order to get access to these elusive things.

I understand that it can be disheartening to face rejection, especially when it feels like you're putting in so much effort and not seeing any results. However, I've learned that every "no" is one step closer to a "yes." It's important to take some time to rebuild after a rejection, but it's also crucial to keep going until your door is finished. It's okay to take a break and analyze the situation, but eventually, you must pick yourself up and continue building until you reach the other side. This process gives your life purpose and helps you to grow and learn from your experiences.

How about you? How many doors have you built in your life?
